I love Sol nutrition. Currently prepping for a bodybuilding competition, and when I really need a sweet treat without the guilt I head here! The staff is always so sweet, and their protein shakes and tea bombs are my favorite. Took my daughter there this morning and she enjoyed a protein Waffle. We will be back many times.

Wonderful service, clean, and extremely healthy food options. We need more of these around for sure! Protein waffles, healthy teas, smoothie bowls, acai bowls, etc. Wow! This is a must eat place!

Sunny, the owner, is kind and knowledgeable. She told us about the menu and we hit the bulls eye with delicious smoothie bowls. She adapted to my food allergies easily. And was just fun to talk to.

One of my favorite nutrition cafes! Healthy protein shakes, tea bombs, oatein bowls, protein donuts, protein waffles, acai bowls and more. New hours also! Monday-Friday 7-5 Saturday 9-3 AND NOW OPEN ON SUNDAYS!! 10-2

Very yummy food! Not too spendy, about 15-20 a meal and high quality. I tried it on a whim cause I wanted waffles but not at a large food chain. Atmosphere is very clean, clean kitchen and bright atmosphere, they have games and lovely seating. The cashier/cook Adi was very kind and responsive to conversation, it was very relaxing to sit in and chat while she did her work! Finally, don't let the "healthy" label fool you. The food is fresh, sweet, and just right! Its how I like my food homemade, but they use higher quality ingredients and eliminate the hassle of me making it myself. Highly recommend!

The representative who assisted me was very friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease without any pressure to make a decision, especially since it was my first time there. Although I didn't immediately enjoy the drink I purchased, the excellent customer service I received makes me want to return and try something else. I particularly loved the college shot, which was a highlight of my visit!
